you’ll embark
on a transformative

4. Build a strong mind-body-soul connection for lasting well-being.
Week 1: A Journey into Mind-Body-Soul
Learn how our mind-body-soul works and the ways thoughts, emotions, and external stressors impact our lives mentally, emotionally, and physically. Mind-Body-Soul activity to guide you through a stressor and release its grip on you.
Week 2: The Mind as a Map I
Using Neuroscience, we will learn about mindsets, thought patterns, and the impacts language has on our mind-body. Mindset and behavior inventory to discover self-inflicted stressors. Stress release practice.
Week 3: The Mind as a Map II
The mind is an ethereal thing. We dive into the philosphical ways or knowing or being. By deeply investigating what we know, we can begin to clearly understand our truth.
Week 4: The Body as a Compass I
Identify unhelpful behavioral patterns that cause undue stress. Learn about the internal bodily experience (interoception) and external experience (exteroception). Understand how the “body keeps score” and stores stress in areas of the body. Somatic processing exercise.
Week 5: The Body as a Compass II
Understand the theory of change and its relation to patterns. Explain the polyvagal theory, social engagement system, and window of tolerance. Pattern disruption practice with calming exercises.
Week 6: The Soul as a GPS I
Familiarize yourself with strengths and your true essence. Understand alignment and how to use an internal navigation system to traverse stress. Guided practice and exercise to reinforce strengths.
Week 7: The Soul as a GPS II
Calibrating your GPS takes practice. We will focus on soul access and learning to trust its wisdom. Activities provided to guide you through this process.
Week 8: Mind-Body-Soul Practices in Relationships
Integrate Mind-Body-Soul into your everyday, including relationships. This bonus lesson will give you EVEN MORE practical ways to incorporate ways to relieve stress and gain access to your inner wisdom in relation to others.
Week 9: Putting it Altogether
Covering several weeks of in-depth information will require at minimum one integration session. We will discuss the applications this work has on life, love, and work.
Week 10: Now What?
We will continue to integrate the mind-body-soul information through integrative practices. Go forth and prosper with practical skills to implement daily. We’ll talk about accountability, support, and ways to ‘stick with it’.
